Immediate Action Plan Security of Child Care Immediately the following action will be required of all staff to follow. Failure to follow these procedures may result in immediate termination of employment. The safety and security of the students and staff of The Church Prep is of the utmost most importance. 1. Reception area will be manned 100% during the hours of operation. 2. All doors will remain closed except for classroom doors. 3. The door between the office area and the prep will remain locked. If you need access to the office area you will be required to use the keypad. 4. When traveling through the building with children aged 1-3 years old, the children will utilize the walking rings or in more extreme cases of children running away, the wrist bracelet will be used for that child. By signing this document, you acknowledge that you have been Informed of the above information and will abide by these policies.

Regulation Description

340:110-3-287(a) - Supervision. Supervision is the function of observing, overseeing, and guiding a child or group of children, including an awareness of, and responsibility for, the ongoing activity of each child, and being near enough to intervene when needed. The program is required to maintain supervision at all times.
