Plan to Correct

8/10/2025: Plan of correction & Safety plan for J&C's Childcare K830056239 Purpose: to ensure the secure entry and exit of all students in compliance with safety guidelines. Procedure: 1. Classroom Departure- Students remain in the classroom until both instructor and one plus are present and ready. Head-counts are conducted: 1. before exiting the classroom 2. as students exit 3. As students pass through the doorway/ 2. Classroom return - Headcounts are conducted: 1. As student re-enter the building 2. Upon classroom entry and A final exterior sweep is performed to ensure no students remain outside. Any discrepancy is addressed immediately. Staff Training: All staff received training on Headcount procedures, Supervision expectations during transitions and Immediate response actions for discrepancies. Incident Clarification: At the time of the supposed initial incident. insufficient evidence was made to warrant disciplinary action. Procedures have since been reviewed and are being reinforced. Ongoing monitoring will ensure safety measures are consistently followed. Commitment: we committed to maintaining student safety through clear procedures, consistent staff training, and immediate corrective action when needed.
