Two teaching personnel onsite and in classrooms that are not qualified teaching personnel due to background investigation not showing in process or complete.
Kitchen cabinets are bare/ non-sealed wood. Cabinets are not easily cleanable.
Out of ratio in infants, ones and two's classroom and three's and older classroom due to teaching personnel counted in ratio not having background investigations showing in progress or complete.
