Plan to Correct

On 02/26/2024, the director and owner spoke with all program personnel about the proper way to pick up children under both arms and to not grab children by their arms. A paper about nursemaid elbow will be put in every classroom that will explain what it is and how to prevent it from happening. The teacher will return on 04/08/2024 to the program. The teacher will be in her same classroom with a co-teacher until she is on maternity leave. The teacher will not be left alone with children.
