We will only mop floors during nap time while the children are asleep on their mats. And/or we will mop after all children have left or as we close down extra rooms. We will make sure to use paper towels to dry surface of changing pads after it's been cleaned with sanitizing solution. Then the sanitizing solution will be put back on the shelf that is located above the changing pad where it is out of reach from the children.

Postings have been put up in all rooms with children's name along with their allergies on them. Postings are also posted in the kitchen. Sharon Nance, Meshell Pruitt, and I (Neudora Hammons) will be checking enrollment sheets when the childs/childrens paperwork is brought back. In case one of us are gone someone will be able to check and write down.

As soon as a contagious illness is reported staff will let owner/director know so the parents/guardians can be informed in a proper and timely matter.

We have down sized the room capacity. Made a temporary wall until we can get one built. Moved the older 1 year olds to the back. Hired more staff. When getting big kids off the bus we have moved to the side door where it connects to the playground and 2 staff members bring them in together.

The program is required to maintain supervision at all times.

The staff knows now that they are supposed to tell the parents the day something happens, instead of waiting for the director to tell them.

We have down sized the classroom. Put up a temporary wall. Moved the older 1 yr olds to the back. We have put up signs telling everyone make sure doors are closed. When bringing big kids in there are 2 staff members and we come in the side door to the playground. I have also hired more staff to help with ratios.

Only teaching personnel count in ratios, unless requirements specifically state otherwise. The program is required to maintain ratios at all times.

We are double checking sign in /out sheets to make sure the children are signed in/out.

We at Rhyme Time Campus Tishomingo had already started the process of taking Mark Barrett off the registry as of 12-12-22 and putting Neudora Hammons as the Director. However, Mark Barrett's registry was locked. We have also, lowered our capacity to 60 to accommodate using Neudora Hammons and Olivia Petty as two required Master Teachers. The director Neudora will be present at the facility the required hours. Neudora will work the required 30 hours per week.
