Licensing observed 2 personnel to have been employed over 12 months to not have maintained a current PDL within 12 months of expiration
Licensing observed 2 personnel not obtained at least the required number of professional development clock-hours to maintain a current OPDL certificate at the time of visit.
When Licensing entered the infant classroom, Licensing observed one infant to be asleep on their stomach in a crib with no adult in the infant classroom with them.
When Licensing entered the infant classroom, Licensing observed one infant to be asleep on their stomach in a crib with no adult in the infant classroom with them. Licensing asked how the infant was laid on her stomach. Ms. Combest stated that the infant was placed on her stomach to sleep.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation.
