All doors will remain closed at all times when not in use and teachers will take a supervision training with resource and referral or licensing.

340:110-3-287(a) - Supervision. Supervision is the function of observing, overseeing, and guiding a child or group of children, including an awareness of, and responsibility for, the ongoing activity of each child, and being near enough to intervene when needed. The program is required to maintain supervision at all times.

Director will send an email or call licensing when incidents that need to be reported happen.

340:110-3-280(a)(1)(K) - an incident exposing children to an imminent risk of harm, such as a child leaving the facility without personnel's knowledge or being left alone on- or off-site or in a vehicle;

Personnel working in the classroom is no longer employed. All teachers are counting while outside on the playground and again when they get inside the building. Backdoor is no longer locked at anytime while children are in care and doing a supervision training with R&R and licensing.
