Director and Owner stated that moving forward we will make sure to confirm and double check the submission of all new employees background checks. We will do this before the employee starts shadowing, observing and/or working at the center. Owner stated that he will being getting the director on as a Qualified entity and have her fingerprinted with access and review.

Director stated that she will be having a staff meeting with the teachers to discuss that teachers can not use physical activity as a form of punishment. Director stated that she will contacting Cherokee Resource and referral to come and do a behavior and guidance training for the staff.

Director and Owner stated that they will no longer allow the children to clean the bathrooms or taking out the trash. Director stated that the Summer jobs are optional and the children are not required to participate in the jobs.

Director and Owner stated that they will no longer have the children taking out the trash.
