Inappropriate Discipline: Physical: A staff member was observed forcefully placing two unidentified female children into chairs at a table and pushing the chairs forward with sufficient force that the children's chests made contact with the table. The staff member was also observed wrapping an arm around another child in a forceful manner and placing the child on the floor with force for time-out.
