Noncompliance observed due to Master teacher Precious Young having an expired PDL as of 11/3/2025. Ms. Young resubmitted her PDL on 12/9/2025; however was marked incomplete due to a lack of required training hours. She has only completed 11 hours out of the 20 required training; she is only missing 9 hours. CECPD notified her on 12/12/2025, requesting additional hours to complete the renewal process. The Master teacher did not submit and then moved into Qualifications Not Met on 1/16/2026.
