Plan to Correct
Director completed notice to comply and stated Director will make sure medication is administered according to parents directions by setting alarm on cell phone to ensure medication is administered daily as required.

340:110-3-295(d)(3) - Prescription medications are administered according to the container instructions, including only administering when the medication is part of a prescribed therapeutic treatment.
