Complaint:
Additional Non-Compliance Found During Investigation: 1. Discipline - It was determined that a personnel at the program singled out a child by disciplining them differently than other children. This included the child being disciplined more frequently than other children displaying the same behavior, the child being excluded from group activities, excluded from outside play time and receiving negative attention that was not directed at other children.
