Staff will be reminded of the rooms children can access. These rooms accessible have been approved by Licensing.

Regulation Description

340:110-3-400(c)(1) - The program is inspected and approved by Oklahoma Human Services (OKDHS) Child Care Services (CCS), per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340:110-3-400 (a) through (u).

Plan to Correct

Staff will be positioning themselves around rooms children can access. Staff will be closely monitoring areas children are not supposed to go in. Staff will also not allow children to go near exterior doors if they are not with an adult. A count of children will occur frequently each day.

Regulation Description

340:110-3-400(k) - Staff to child and youth ratio. Children and youth are adequately supervised at all times whether on or off the facility premises. Ratios and age groups of children and youth are maintained, per (1) and (2) of this subsection.
