Licensing observed staff employed on 3-24-25 to be listed on the registry. Staff in charge reported that the staff is no longer employed with the program.
Licensing observed the central alarm system to be serviced on 9/30/25. A yellow tag was posted on the system with the following impairments noted: Room 512 (N.W) class Rm strobe is bad.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.

Latchkey will strictly adhere to our general enrollment policies below. Exceptions to this policy will not be allowed for any reason.
General Enrollment Policies
• We do not discriminate based on race, color, sex, religion origin, or as otherwise prohibited by law
• Children must attend the school in which the program is located, be at least four (4) years old and able to take care of their own bathroom & feeding needs
• Applications are accepted on first come, first served basis
• Priority is given to full-time participants versus part-time or drop-in clients
• If a child cannot be placed in a program due to full enrollment, the child will be placed on a waiting list.
In addition, should a student have an occasional bathroom accident, Latchkey staff will change the wet or soiled clothing immediately. Parents will be reminded of our policy and that if continued frequent accidents occur, they will need to make other childcare arrangements.
Latchkey Site Coordinator (site director) meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 2, 2024. The above will be discussed in detail and the importance of full compliance with this policy with all Latchkey Site Coordinators.

340:110-3-297(c)(2) - Clothing. Both wet and soiled clothing is changed promptly while providing sanitation practices and privacy.
