Licensing observed the only teacher in the one's room without a completed background check.
One staff member was used to count in ratio as the only teacher for the one's classroom without a background check. Licensing cannot count the teacher in ratio without a background check.
When licensing arrived 4:0 age 3's were in a room and one answered the door for licensing. Director was cleaning lunch in the next room with 2 other children age 3. She could see the children at all times due to the center set up.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
