Staff will be retrained on diapering procedures. Staff will also be retrained on the proper way to log all diaper changes. Staff will do random checks to make sure diapers are being logged.

Re-train all Bus Drivers on proper attendance taking procedures. Member of management will receive children off of the bus each day and double check bus rosters.

Re-train all staff on Active Supervision protocols. Management will make sure staff understand that during cleaning times they are still responsible for actively supervising all of the children in their classroom.

Retrain staff on how to fill out injury reports. Each parent will receive a report at pick up time if the child has been injured. Will make sure staff have adequate supply of reports. 2/1/2023
