Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
Licensing observed the fence to be missing two planks, the planks were on the ground with nails exposed. Licensing also observed two other planks with holes exposing sharp edges.
Licensing observed there to be overgrown grass in the pea gravel
Licensing observed papers to be laying on the diaper changing mat.
Licensing observed one classroom to not have a posted lesson plan with the dates.
Licensing observed 3 school agers to have their faces covered while resting on cots. Licensing discussed when a child continues to cover their head or face, the cover is removed once the child falls asleep.
At the time of Licensing's visit, one teaching personnel, employed with the program for over 90 calendar days, did not have documentation of having completed their ELCCT training.
At the time of Licensing's visit, there was one staff on site employed for over 90 days who did not have record of having renewed their FA/CPR certification.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
