Licensing observed that one toddler upon arrival, was laying in a crib while drinking a bottle.
Licensing observed that the facility does not have a qualified Director with a Bronze credential or higher. This is the second time this non compliance has been written.
Licensing observed thirteen children and two staff during the visit. Two of those thirteen children were infants.
