  • Upon returning to the facility, Licensing observed two infants sleeping in bouncy seats.
  • Upon returning to the facility, Licensing observed one teacher in a classroom with 11 children to include 2 infants and 2 one year olds, with the oldest child being four years old.
  • Upon returning to the facility, Licensing observed a blanket wrapped around an infant sleeping in a bouncy seat.

  • Licensing observed three staff members with annual infection control training last taken on the following dates: 2/25/2025, 4/15/2025, and 1/13/2025.
  • Licensing observed 18 children and 1 staff member during the visit. Two of the children were infants.
  • A prohibited individual answered the door for Licensing to enter the facility.
  • Licensing observed ants crawling on a desk near the playground entrance door.
  • Licensing observed that the Tornado drill was last conducted on 2/6/2026.
  • Licensing observed an infant asleep in a car seat with a throw blanket on top of them. This is a second noncompliance.

  • Licensing observed that the facility does not have a qualified Director with a Bronze credential or higher. This is the second time this non compliance has been written.
  • Licensing observed thirteen children and two staff during the visit. Two of those thirteen children were infants.
  • Licensing observed Central Detection system last inspected on 7/17/2024.
  • Licensing observed the fire extinguishers last inspected in July 2024.
  • Licensing observed no qualified Master Teacher.
