Plan to Correct

Supervisor counseled the employee and scheduled communication training. Prior to the training, Latchkey determined that termination of employment (6/7/24) was in the best interest of the program and the employee. At the beginning of each academic year and as needed, all Latchkey staff will receive training on how to communicate appropriately with students, parents and co-workers.
