Wooden platform around the base of a large tree in play area had holes, big enough for a child's foot could fit in and get caught .and fall or get cut, Sharp edges from broken wood was noted that could poke a child, platform was not study when stood on. pieces missing and this platgorm could be pulled down with not much effort. Screws were protruding from wooden boarder in the play area. Worker counted 3 that could catch on a child and cause harm.
