Due by 02/23/2023--grieved to supervisor. Notice to Comply received 2/21/23: "*grieving* Staff will continue to use cell phones only for business purposes when ipads are not functioning/charging. Management conducts spot checks when in use to confirm only brightwheel is being used. Once desert grant funds are received we will upgrade our ipads to more current models. **Upheld by supervisor. This POC accepted.

Regulation Description
340:110-3-286(a) - Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes. Only teaching personnel count in ratios, unless requirements specifically state otherwise. The program is required to maintain ratios at all times.

SERIOUS: Supervision - Teacher did not know whereabouts of child in restroom.
Plan to Correct
"Teacher will undergo additional training on supervision. Child age 7 had asked to go but teacher did not hear her. Once we move classrooms school age will have a bathroom in their classroom."
