In the southeast playroom there is peeling paint near the floor on the south wall and the east wall. The areas of peeling paint is accessible to children, they can peel it themselves, and is a hazard that children can put the paint chips in their mouth.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation.
