1. Behavior and Guidance/Discipline - Staff member yells at children.
Plan to Correct
Staff member received a Final Warning of Disciplinary Action from Big Five. Staff member will complete training on the Pyramid Birth-Five by January 6, 2025. This includes the following: Building Relationships and Creating Supportive Environments, Social Emotional Teaching Strategies, and Individualized Intervention; Determining the Meaning of Behavior and Developing Appropriate Response. Big Five follows Conscious Discipline by regulating ourselves. Our Professional Development in January 2025 is additional training on Conscious Discipline.
