Discipline - A teacher used inappropriate language in the presence of children in an attempt to gain control of the classroom.
Plan to Correct
The staff person is no longer employed. The teachers know if they become overwhelmed to reach out to the director or second in charge to step in for assistance. Discipline requirement's will be reviewed. Behavior chart is posted so the children can be mindful of their behavior.
