Plan to Correct
To whom this may concern:
I have kept daily attendance since I opened and started receiving children. Now the weeks that I couldn’t produce to Mrs. Cheney was because my Licensing Specialist had also asked for those same weeks and instead of giving her a copy I must have given her the original but, none the less when Mrs. Cheney needed them I couldn’t give them to her, I will accept the compliance and I have Already started a better daily attendance system which I have been operating with since Mrs., Cheney’s first visit in fact she helped me make the system which I appreciated very much it’s been very good and we will continue with it. After each month is done, I take the month completed seal it in a vanilla envelope writing the month and year on front and put it on file if ever needed it can just be pulled. I’m grateful to the State of OK for allowing me to continue to operate and do my heart’s desire and that’s caring for children, helping them Live, Learn and Grow and will always make this state proud of my center.
