I will have a meeting with all the staff and speak to them about appropriate discipline and what to do if they are needing assistance. I will let the staff know that they are not allowed to put children in a high chair for any reason for disciplinary purposes. In our pre-k room we will only use the high chairs at lunch time for children who are two years of age.

Personnel was terminated. All employees were reminded of appropriate discipline to be used on children. Will ensure all future personnel are trained on appropriate discipline and use appropriate discipline in the classroom.

Child Care personnel will not vape in the building or in the sight of children. Child Care personnel will go off premise to vape. Will ensure no child care personnel vape or use tobacco products in building or in sight of children. Will also, ensure that vape and tobacco products are not in the sight of children.
