We will maintain required staff-to-child ratios at all times. Management will conduct regular check-ins to ensure compliance. Staff will be trained on ratio requirements, including the number and ages of children permitted in each classroom.

340:110-3-286(a) - Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes. Only teaching personnel count in ratios, unless requirements specifically state otherwise. The program is required to maintain ratios at all times.

Completed on 8/01/25 following self-reported incident: Added another teacher to the playground. Front office staff uses the tablet to do name to face before going out or coming in to the center each time. Additional plan of correction provided by director on 9/19/25: All staff will participate in mandatory training on - Safe transitions to and from the playground; on how classes must be escorted to and from the playground by a member of the administrative team; active supervision strategies (positioning, scanning, and engaging with children); emergency response procedures if a child is unaccounted for; training to be completed by 9/26/25.
