The program's fire extinguishers were last tagged in January of 2025.
The program’s director does not have a current Oklahoma Director’s Credential level Bronze or higher.
One of the program's master teachers does not have a current PDL level 4 or higher.
When Licensing arrived two personnel needed to maintain ratio did not have background requests submitted under the GAO or program's case number.
During program's walkthrough, Two personnel did not have background requests submitted under gao or case number and therefore could not be counted in ratio.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.

All staff will attend a mandatory meeting to review the program's behavior guidance policy, prohibited practices policy, and expectations for maintaining safe, respectful interactions with children. All staff will complete refresher training on positive behavior guidance, de-escalation strategies, trauma-informed interactions.
