Plan to Correct

1. Have all employees do a biting hurts class. 2. Added 2 new camera to playground to show the blind spot that the incident happened. 3. Have had Chickasaw Early Intervention Specialist CeCe Sayre come and observe classroom to give recommendation/ tips on how to stop biting or watch for signs before it happens. 4. Implementing Biting logs to see if there is patterns. 5. Have staff scan all children while playing outside more frequently to supervise while remaining in child staff ratio.

Regulation Description

340:110-3-287(a) - Supervision. Supervision is the function of observing, overseeing, and guiding a child or group of children, including an awareness of, and responsibility for, the ongoing activity of each child, and being near enough to intervene when needed. The program is required to maintain supervision at all times.
