"A staff member had a small pepper spray on her key chain. When she returned from break with her keys and purse it fell out of her purse and a school age child touched the spray to retrieve it. We did advise everyone to keep any personal dangerous chemicals more properly secured in provided spaces and to be aware. We discussed this with all staff members.
