- Licensing observed no teaching personnel present in the three and four year-old's room when licensing entered the building. Licensing walked into the room at 12:44pm. Licensing asked director to view camera's to see how long personnel was out of the room. The teaching personnel walked around the corner to the infant room door at 12:38pm. Licensing retrieved teaching personnel at 12:45pm.
