Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
*Serious* When licensing arrived licensing observed 8 children and 2 teachers in the dining area. At the lunch table were 5 children and at the toddler eating table there were three (3) one-year-old's and a teacher sitting by the toddler table. The teacher sitting by the toddler table stated there was another one-year-old asleep in the infant and one-year-old room. There was no teacher present with the one-year-old that was asleep in the infant and one-year-old room.
(Serious) Licensing observed in infant and one year old room a bottle in the crib with the infant and a sippy cup and toy in the crib with the one year old.
(Serious) Licensing observed 3 infants and 2 one-year-old's with 1 teaching personnel in the infant and one-year-old classroom. Class was out of Ratio.
