Licensing History
Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
At the time of Licensing's visit one staff counting in ratio in School Age classroom would leave 16 School Agers (ages 5 and up) alone by themselves in a classroom separated from the next closest classroom by another empty classroom and two half walls which create classroom definition in the program, which left the school age classroom without supervision.
During Licensing's walkthrough of the program, Licensing found the school age classroom to be out of ratio due to the fact that there was a two year old in the school age classroom, turning the school age ratio into a 2s and older ratio, making the 17 : 1 with one two year old out ratio.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
