Plan to Correct
Safety Plan for Mekusukey Mission Head Start is as follows: Personnel will be in the infants. and older classroom with another teachers at all times, It is Head Start Policy that no teacher be left alone in a classroom. There is also a volunteer in the classroom at all times, Managers are present across the hallway from the personnel's classroom, Director of all Seminole Nation Head Start programs is next door to the classroom. Personnel will be taking 125 Classroom solutions for every classroom dilemma, which has instructions on challenging behaviors and how to handle them appropriately. All teachers will be taking Positive Discipline training online with CECPD. behavior and guidance training and redirect training. The Director has discussed the Notice to Comply with the personnel and if it is not met then this personnel will be terminated.
