Notice to Comply received. POC: As per licensing requirements, all personnel will work to ensure that all children are safe and all staff are trained to possess the skills necessary to perform their position responsibilities. Associate's employment was terminated, August 10, 2022. All center staff have reviewed licensing requirements for discipline August 15, 2022. All center staff have completed mandated reporter training August 16, 2022. All center staff have completed positive guidance and discipline training September 19, 2022. Center manager will conduct weekly unannounced room monitoring as well as frequent video monitoring to ensure that the incident does not occur again.
