2. Toileting: Teacher was upset and belittled a child due to a bathroom accident.
Plan to Correct
Teacher is enrolled in continued education of child guidance classes through Tulsa Community College. Staff has received continuous support, supervision, and guidance by director, assistant director, and other staff. Staff member has had support on adjusting tone and has done a remarkable job. Staff member has major hearing loss, thus making voice normally boisterous. As funds become available, hopes are for hearing evaluation and solution. Staff has been and will be supervised during bathroom breaks until a undetermined time.

340:110-3-297(c)(1) - Personnel. Personnel do not embarrass, punish, or show disapproval for toileting accidents.
