At the time of Licensing's visit, the program did not have documentation of the fire extinguishers having been inspected and tagged in the past 12 months by a state licensed authority.
At the time of Licensing's visit, the program had a one year old and older classroom that had 7 children with four of those children being 1 year of age with 1 teacher counting in ratio.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
