The program has reviewed and revised internal reporting procedures to ensure Child Care Services is Notified immediately upon receipt of official notification of any Criminal investigation involving personnel. The program director is designated as responsible for receiving, documenting, and reporting such violations. all staff will be trained on licensing reporting requirements and documentation procedures

The program has updated policies to clarify that Child Care Services will be notified immediately regardless of confirmed receipt of any information regarding any abuse or neglect investigation involving personnel. A compliance log has been implemented to document Notifications and reporting actions. Ongoing monitoring will be conducted to ensure continued compliance
