  • At the time of Licensing's visit, one infant was asleep on his stomach in a crib with a bib velcroed on the side of the crib on the top bar, a second bib hanging over the side, a blanket hanging over the side, and a sleep sack hanging over the side of the crib.
  • At the time of Licensing's visit, Licensing found an infant asleep on their stomach. When asked, a teacher in the infant room confirmed that the child had been initially placed on their stomach to sleep.
