Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
*SERIOUS* 3/7/2025 Self Report: Supervision - A 4yr old child left the classroom and walked out the front door into the parking lot where his mom saw him and brought him back into the classroom. Center Director that normally watches the front door welcoming parents, but on that day she was covering as the EHS teacher. The child was found missing when the substitute cook had gone to the other classroom asking for the child count for breakfast and about any food allergies at which time the lead teacher turned around to inform the substitute cook.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
