Allergies will be posted on all classroom doors notifying anyone entering the classroom of possible allergies. 3. Employee's involved in the incident have received disciplinary actions as recommended by the Cherokee Nation Human Resource Department. 4. Parents will complete and update allergy forms every year or as needed if child transitions to a different classroom. 5. Assistant Manager will add allergy posting to her weekly classroom checklist. 6. All current Stilwell CDC staff will receive an approved allergy training by 05/04/2026.

Regulation Description

340:110-3-281.1(i)(7) - Allergies. The program posts children's food and life-threatening allergies, including the child's full name, and location of any life-threatening condition medications. The item is posted in a location or manner protecting confidentiality, such as with a cover sheet, unless a waiver release is obtained by the parent. Item is paper only.
