Inappropriate Discipline: Teaching personnel uses physical punishment to correct behavior and is extremely rough with children: teaching personnel drug child across the floor and has been seen doing this to other children; teaching personnel knocks children down on their mats by pulling their legs out from under them; and holds their hand over their mouths.
