The owner and I decided on 8/25/2022 to terminate said employee. We have also scheduled for out entire staff to have an in person Behavior and Guidance training with CECPD instructor. The date of training is 10/19/22 and 10/26/2022. for Richmond location. POC due by 8/24/2022.

Children have been placed in a high chair not for time out, but for teething prevention when the teacher was not able to be on-on-one with the child. Teachers have been re-trained to ensure they understand that time out is never to be used with children under the age of two. In addition, highchairs have been removed from the classroom to ensure this cannot be misconstrued.
