Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
Worker observed the fire extinguishers to last be serviced in February 2023. Director reported that that they were serviced but could not find the receipt during the visit.
Worker viewed four staff employed who did not have current FA/CPR training listed on CECPD or on site at the program. Worker could not verify during the visit that the staff had current approved FA/CPR training.

Worker observed the Fire Inspection to last be completed on 11/19/21.
Worker observed a Health Inspection completed on 9/19/23 with two violations. Once violation was noted to be corrected during the visit. The other violation has not been corrected at this time.
NC documented for OIG audit findings completed on 1/3/23- Reported that the program did not maintain adequate attendance records for all children in care, including arrival and departure times.

Worker observed areas of the fence to not be secure. T post leaning and part of the fence leaning due to tree branches falling on fence.
Worker observed peeling paint on the walls in the building and the material on the corner of the wall to be coming off. Worker observed exposed wall in several areas of the building.
