Plan to Correct

Diapering policy was reviewed with all staff, not just diaper changing rooms, to ensure if a teacher substitution happened, no issues would be had. It was re-iterated to all staff that diapers are checked every hour and changed every 2 hours even if dry. All staff were retrained on injury reporting protocols. The way in which injury reporting is done was revamped to ensure that office is notified immediately, so parents are properly notified.

Staff member in question of verbally aggressive behavior was placed on a written warning and retrained on positive behavior and guidance. All staff were retrained on positive behavior and guidance as a preventative measure to any future issues.
