340:110-3-286(a) - Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes. Only teaching personnel count in ratios, unless requirements specifically state otherwise. The program is required to maintain ratios at all times.

Director reviewed busses & routes to public schools, along w/ attendance if all children arrived as scheduled to ensure both am & pm bus runs are in capacity; 1 bus run in am with 3 schools & 14 children total ; -2 bus runs in pm with 11 children on Bus 1 & 12 children on bus 2.

Plan to Correct

At 2/16/23 staff meeting, behavior & guidance requirements & policy will be reviewed w/ all staff. Infant classroom will be moved no later than 2/27/23 to current 2 year old room to allow for more supervision and support. Additionally, management will walk through school at 8, 10, noon, 2 & 4 to observe for appropriate behavior & guidance & intervene as necessary if an issue is observed.
