- In the 2 & older the evacuation route was not posted.
- In the 2 and older classroom there were no books for the children to look at and not enough blocks for the amount of children in the classroom.
- The little couch for children in the 2's and up room had rips in the seating area.
- Crayon marks are present on the dramatic play toys in the 2 and older classroom.
- In the classroom the toys were observed to be soiled with dirt and needing to be cleaned.
- The lesson plans posted in the 2 and up classroom was dated 5/1 to 5/15.
- The thermometer in the kitchen was not working so could not verify the correct temperature. There was no thermometer in the infant classroom.
