Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
Licensing observed that parent handbook did not include depth guidelines for Emergency Preparedness.
Licensing observed that parent handbook needed to include where compliance file will be located, receiving and releasing children, notifying parents if child does not arrive, handling illness and injury, medication, transporting children and field trips, emergency plans, safe sleep environment, insurance, holidays, vacation times, pay and when due.
Licensing observed that bathroom door does not have key to unlock from outside. New door knob or key is required.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
