- Provider was pulling into the driveway as licensing arrived. Provider stated that they were coming from the community pool. Children were observed in wet bathing suits and with wet hair. Provider stated there was no lifeguard on duty when asked by licensing.
- Provider had an infant toddler and 2 year old with one adult present. Provider's 17 year old daughter was also present however the daughter does not have a current background check and cannot be considered staff.
- As licensing arrived for a visit, provider and children ages 11 months, 1 year and 2 years old were exiting the vehicle in the driveway having just returned from the community pool. Licensing observed no car seats in the vehicle. Provider stated that she did not have car seats.
