Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
The backyard has some hazards that need cleaned up - T post laying on the ground with rusted area, wooden slats, and some trash.
The fence has a gap in the corner where provider's fence meets the neighbor's fence on the right side of the home. Additionally, the area on the right side of the home has fence damage and access to an uncovered dryer vent.
The program does not have blocks, music supplies, and outdoor toys available at this time.
Provider does not have individual bedding for rest time at this time.
The playroom that will be used for childcare does not have a smoke detector at this time.
The program has a dryer that uses natural gas and the home does not have a carbon monoxide detector at this time.
Primary caregiver has not taken health and safety training at this time.
The program does not have tweezers or a flashlight for the home at this time.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation.
